when x=0, y=14;
when x=7, y=7;
when x= 14, y=0

That's more than enough points to plot it
It's a straight line (as y = -x +14) so the co-ordinates would be any point that sits on the line eg when x + y = 14 so (1,13) (2,12) (6,8) etc there are an infinite number. Is there not more to the question?
but you could plot it on two axes, an x and a y. I reckon it would make a shape like an Isosceles triangle
As prudie says- and of course there are also points that have negative values.
For example,

When x= 15, y=-1
When x= -10, y=24
When x= 16.5, y= -2.5

It's definitely a straight line.

Many thanks to all. Grandson happy now.
You can just rearrange this into the more usual format:

y= -x +14

It's a straight line as it's in the form y= mx +c
As prudie says, this is the equation of a straight line and you only need 2 points on the line to draw it:
when x=0, y=-14
when y=0, x=-14
Draw a line joining these two points (0,14) and (-14,0) and extend it as far as you like.
Then if you choose a value for x you can read off the corresponding value for y and vice versa.
I assume you meant (14.0) vascop
Oops- typing in the dark- I meant you meant to type (14, 0)
Also in the form y=mx +c, m is the gradient and c where it cuts the y axis so this particular line is a 45 degree line going downwards from left to right (gradient of -1) and goes through the y axis at 14. ta da :-)
x+y=14 describes a straight line, not a single set of co-ordinates. One can list the values for one variable given a list of values for the other.
