Little Tiggs' birthday is coming up soon and I'm organising a party and I need to know what to put into party bags. There will be about 10 children ranging from 2 to 4 and one girl who is 8.

Help! :o)

I am indeed Red.

Thing is, I bought the bags today but I just need an idea what to put in them.
look for "perfect little touches"
When I do mine I find that quantity is the key - look on eBay for party bag contents. As the little ones are quite young I wouldn't include felts or any small things. They must contain plenty of sweets (not lollies because of the stick). The 8 year old girl would probably like hair things and pink, sparkly stuff.
go to tesco they do multi packs for party bags. Bit of cake, bottle of bubbles. Toy and a pencil. And funsize pack of sweets or a fem haribos.
My brother (he has three kiddies) says something really noise and sweets containing mega amounts of E numbers. They wait until they are home before opening the bags.

I can't believe that he is one already. Happy Birthday little Tiggs - when it happens.
well she can supply things to put in them if needed.
if you would rather do yourself then the usual suspects are

bubbles
stickers on theme
hair clips for girls
notepad / colouring pages
crayons

small bag of haribo

I've just googled it Red. Looks quite good.

What about little notebooks and mini packs of crayons etc...
Colouring book and crayons...
Balloon/s
Sweets
Some simple toy thins....like a whistle!!! lol
Slice of cake
oooh she can also do digital designs on your theme to use for invites, thank you notes or to wrap around bars of chocolate etc.

I'm writing all of this down cos I'm sure I'm going to forget it all by the time I go shopping next time.

Thanks everyone :o) xxx
just ensure you give bags to the parents rather than kids. I forgot my two had bags with felt tips and teddy bears in at recent party.
halfway home a voice from back of car (little miss crx) says "mommy, looked, my drawn eyebrows on teddy". lol and she had!

Actually, I'd better add "notepad for myself" to that list. Mine seems to have sprouted legs and gone walkabout!
When I ever do kids' bags, aswell as other stuff mentioned, I always put a piece of fruit in. Bananas seem popular with little kids.
Question Author
I was thinking about putting a satsuma/mandarin/tangerine in the bag Arti.
Get down to your local 99p/£ shop – they have loads of kids toys/goodies suitable for such bags.

Just make sure that there are no small parts in them (potential choking hazard) – given the intended recipients’ age range.

Lol Red. The party will be mainly adults as its his 1st and then from 2 onwards it will mainly be kiddies.
Question Author
Yep, will definitely be thinking about the appropriateness of the gifts in relation to the ages Hymie :o)
