Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Suggestions for a company competition

Any ideas guys on a competition for our clients?? We work in a "remote" situation from our clients so their competition entries must be able to be sent in or emailed (pre emailed). The prize is 2 tickets to New York.
If it helps we are a marketing company dealing mainly with direct marketing.

If you've never run a competition before I recommend you use an established SP company to help you. There are a LOT of possible pitfalls.

thanks quizmonkey - thats all in hand. We are just looking for ideas now and they challange has gone out to the staff to come up with something. I am merely using the resources to hand (friends, relatives, AB'ers etc) to try and come up with a novel idea.

Okay - just a general tip: try and make it relevant to your clients (but we know nothing about them!) or to the prize.

Picking up the monkey's thought, the quiz could be on features of New York, with cryptic and not-so-cryptic clues on features, tourist sites etc.
I am sure a 50-80 question quiz could be compiled in no time at all.....................................

Why not get them to have a go at our 'Round Britain Quiz' This is 100 cryptic and factual questions for which all the answers lead to the names of places in Britain. We run the registered charity 'Children of Fiji'. The quizes are �1 each. If you were to purchase one you could do what you like with it (and make the charity a suitable donation). Obviously, we cannot make the answers available until August 5th (the closing date). Alternatively our previous quiz (TV programmes of the last 50 years) has now run its course and so (for a charity donation) you could have a copy of this emailed to you along with the answers.
