I bought a service to prepare my final year project report as I had less time left after managing my 1 year old daughter. This company promised me 0% plagiarism and it is advertised on their website as well. I submitted the report to the school and I was expelled from the school for 96% plagiarism. I lost my school fees and my education. I am extremely disappointed and hurt. Can I get atleast my school fees of around 15000 pounds from this company? This is a lot of money and I dont know what to do now. Could you please help? Please advise.

I have already contacted the company. They said they will just refund the amount they charged me for providing their service. But, their gross negligence has destroyed my education. I think I should atleast get my school fees refunded.

Please advise. Any thoughts/inputs/references will be greatly appreciated.

I would expect that you will be limited by their terms and conditions.

I would also expect that (and I'm not judging here) your college would fail you on the basis of submitting work that isn't yours regardless of whether it's original or not.
You were prepared to cheat by buying work from a company that you would then pretend was your own?
I don't think there's a court in the land that would decide in your favour.
friday night first-time - what might be wrong here?
You commissioned someone to write your submission and presented it under your own name. That is not 96% plagiarism, that is 100% plagiarism.
Surely is plagiarism whoever you copied it from?!
Just curious, is that £150.00 or £15,000.00?
15k? Do you go to Eton?

Can't see the slightest sign of any negligence, let alone gross negligence, there.

Not on the company's part anyway.
I should have asked: "Did you go to Eton?"
Of course you can sue them. I have to say, however, that going into court seeking recompense because they did not help you to cheat well enough is not much of an argument.
Assuming this is a genuine thread, I suggest it was you, not the service provider, that got you expelled from school. I'm afraid it was your negligence that destroyed your education.
I'm guessing from your post that you are not in the UK. When you say School, is this actually a college.
I agree with the others though - this is not your own work, how could you think that someone else preparing work for you would not count as plagiarism?
although you cheated, this company are clearly taking the pish...they must be stealing works online or just sending out the same reports over an over again...at the very least id have thought you would have checked it over or edited so it sounded like your style...schoolboy error...

they are not providing the service they promise so perhaps try trading standards?

i dont htink they will have to pay you £15,000 but you will certainly mess up their rep.
Sounds like glow is destined for a career as a Member of Parliament if British, or as a Congressman/woman if American.
