and go to page 26 and onwards for an explanation of how to make an objection, the grounds for making an objection and what happens if an objection is upheld.

The choice of the person who acts as attorney under an EPA is made by the person who makes the EPA. As they have to be capable of dealing with their own affairs, ot make an EPA then thier decision can not be challenged. If they were not capable of dealing with their own affairs at the time the EPA was made then it is invalid. All you dan do is speak to the person making the EPA and express your concerns.

i would strongly advise you to go through the phone book and find the number for citizens advice bureau they are brilliant and are very clued up..hope this helps.....
