I am after the rate of pay and the night premiums if possible. I've been told a salary and I can't get it to match with my job offer, plus no copy of the collective aggreement has yet to surface

No not yet, just worried about the low hourly rate- it doesn't tie in with the salary I was promised.
When you refer to the salary you were promised, who promised it and when? Was that salary mentioned in writing? Which is better- the salary in your job offer (is it in writing?) or the salary you've been told (by whom, when, in what form?)?

I'm sure all will become clear if and when I get a job offer and a copy of the site union handbook. I just wondered if anyone knew offhand. I was trying to see if it was a viable option.
Okay- I misunderstood. I thought you'd had a job offer and been promised a salary. Now you say "If and when I get a job offer".
Hopefully someone on here will have access to a copy of this agreemnt for you but maybe you should just wait until you get them in the normal course of events before coming to any conclusions.
