Tax Credits! Would you call it a lottery too!!!???

It's un-believable! I'm on maternity pay and my husband is away working, and for the thrid month running mistakes have been made to our tax credit payments. Has anyone else found that they just cannot rely on it as part of their income? Our wages are the same every month, so NO CHANGES in our circumstances have occurred, and the mistakes are by their own admission. Am I just unlucky? and has anyone used their complaints procedure? This month I receive nothing! I was told that they will re-instate the payment immediately (which means sometime in the next four weeks) . . . at this rate I will receive the equivalent of the MOD budget. . . . if I ever do?

They should backdate it.

When I claimed WTC they messed up my payments and put a lump sum in the bank....
