You can buy, sell, and trade miles and coupons etc through points.com/ and flyhub.com/. If you can go through the entire problem, the best way is if you find the other party, meet them in person, and one person buys the ticket with their miles and puts the other person's name as the passenger. You have to meet in person so that the party buying the ticket can call immediately and confirm the reservation, before handing over money, to avoid being ripped off.
