CIS 4 ,how much tax is taken off?

if i earn £400 or £350,can you work out what i would take home after tax has been deducted?(on cis4.)

20% is deducted if you can show your contract-provider that you are registered with HMRC for CIS - otherwise the contract-provider has to deduct 30%.
