Does anybody know what I can do after I have been evicted? and if I stand any chance of being able to move back in to the property?

The mortgagee is only interested in getting its money, so if you can satisfy them that you will pay the mortgage in the future, and you clear the arrears then you may be able to do a deal, but as the court would only have made a possession oder because you had not paid the mortgage and could not clear the arrears in a reasonable time I am not holding my breath. Otherwise the mortgagee will sell your home at the best price it can reasonably get, keep enough to pay off the mortgage, and any costs, and hand the balance to the second mortgagtee if there is one, or to you. If there is a shortgall you are liable to pay it
