Those drinks.

I had my medical review today and my bp is borderline at 130/90. I started back on my Slimming World plan but I was wondering about those drinks in a little bottle to help lower bp. Has anyone tried them and if so did they help? Ta very much.

Do you mean drinks like Benecol? If so, they lower Cholesterol not BP, these are two different things.

Yes Velvetee but Im sure Yakult brought out a drink for lowering BP. I'll look in the shops tomorrow.

Perhaps, but not sure what the ingredient to lower BP would be. Cardiovascular exercise can lower BP, so perhaps try brisk walking 3 times per week , as well as your healthy eating plan.

Velvetee is correct....exercise.
BP lowerng drinks...abracadabra stuff.
