Once I have eaten a meal there is no way I can go for a drink afterwards, it makes me so tired, all I want to do is go home and got to bed. I always have to have drinks first, then a meal to finish the evening off. Yet there are those who can have a big meal then carry on having more drinks afterwards, I don't know how they do it. Anyone out there have the same problem as me?

I prefer to eat early and then go drinking.

I normally get outvoted by my pals who like to go drinking, and then find somewhere to eat at the end of the evening. Trouble is, by that time, I'm usually too ratted, or not hungry any more, and don't enjoy the meal so much.
It's probably your age Dave!!! So what do you do after you have taken Mrs Dave50 out for a nice romantic meal and she gets a bit frisky?

No problem in that department snowdrop even after a meal as you well know.
We don't have separate drinks - we might have one before the meal, then drinks with the meal, then perhaps one to finish, then we go home.
