They would probably pay out the third party then sue you for it, they would almost certainly not pay out for your car. Generally illegal activity reduces the likleyhood that your insurer will pay out to you and DD is one of the worst.
Unless there is a 'drink and drugs' clause in your policy, your insurance company;

1 - will pay for your own damage.
2 - will satisfy any Road Traffic Act liabilities.

They will not sue you for the repayment of any third party payments they make.
My answer is a little misleading - even if there is a 'drink and drugs' clause, the RTA liabilities will still be paid. RTA liabilities always take precedence over any contractual restrictions.
