Question for Lloyds / C&G Staff by a HBOS staff member

Hoping there is somebody out there who works for Lloyds / TSB who could help me.
1. First of all where are your Head and Regional Offices based
2. Secondly, I deal with mortgages and I know C&G deal with these for the Lloyds group. Was wondering what happens when a case fails the credit score or falls short on affordability? Do you have what HBOShas - senior underwriters who can approve stretches, etc?

Cant help about the rest.Though i did see on a news programme that llloyds were far stricter on their lending policy than hbos .Apparently lloyds have 15% less mortgages default on them because they actually check that folk can pay the mortgage they buy.
