sep going thruogh divorce 4 lst 7-8 months wife having afair she left am paying everything half pension and asest but she whants 2 force sale on the house ive got a lawyer but seems shes telling me nothing on this

I don't really understand what you are asking but if your house is in joint names and she wants half the equity then yes, she can force the sale of the house unless you can afford to buy her out.
