Do you mean where you feed in your foreign currency and it pays out english notes? If so, no.

Or do you mean one which will tell you how much say 100 euros are worth in pounds? If so, yes. Like this one.

I used to use one in Tenerife Airport that you fed with sterling i.e. �10. notes (and others as German Marks) and it geve you change in Spanish Pesetas. Of course this was before the euro.

I've seen them on cross-channel ferries and (not 100% sure on this) at airports,

They only convert coins - not notes
