Tax return!

Im filling in my tax return, and unsure about question number 3.3
I did some self-employed work between 2005-2006, but as it dried up, I cannot remember the exaxt date for this question (when did you stop working before 6 april 2007)
Should I put 5th april 2006 as a cover-all, or what?!

Appreciate any help.
