has any one heard of this company? I have been asked to call them on a free phone number. I have googled them but can find no information about them other than references on grumble text. Has anyone had dealings with them?

You'd have found out that they are a debt recovery company, with a registered office in New malden, Surrey. Other companies that the directors of the company are associated with include Global Debet Recovery Ltd, Global Direct Services plc, and Columbus Investigations Ltd. Does that help you understand why they might be trying to contact you?

My parents have also recieved a letter from Tower Investigations Ltd. They're both retired, so financially they're secure.
It seems slightly unusal for a private investigator/surveilance specialist to also be a specialist "Genealogical Experts". No mention in their letter about them also being a debt recovery company.

Does anyone know of anyone who has actually used them?

yes they are a sort of debt recovery compnay I had a letter asking me to contact them to assist in their clients request. basically dont bother they are fishing for people to see if they can recover debt. your name and DOB maybe similar to who they are looking for and they ask if you have lived at a previous address like naming a strreet name. its disgusting how they do this and somepeople are being harrassed for debts that are not theirs and if they can try to get you on something they will.

take heed - there the ones that are crooks! and companys like this should be investigated themselves.

Thi scompany is one of the most unproffessional debt collection companies i have evr had the pleasure of coming accross.

They contacted me after a person who has never lived at my address was wanted for a large some of money.

On contacting them i was treated like a scumbag and was not even allowed to answer any questions despite not having any answers for them.

They aare a company that will step into you life and make it a misery. If you are in debt or have that kind of problem good luck with these facist bullies. You wil recieve phone calls and letters continuously.

Keep it all as evidence and contact a solicitor.

ive just got a letter from them ,on the letter it say there deal with private investigators.surveillance,and genealogical experts,you are tower investigations ltd does anyone know

my partner has recieved a letter today saying the same as you pagett79, we have also had a phone call a few weeks ago asking for the same name but different d o b, when asking who it was calling the phone went down. we will wait and see if anything else happens the we will seek legal advice. good luck.
