does anybody no what the legal age of a child in th UK is to look after another child please (if so thank you)

I think by law the person needs to be 18. But if you know the person and trust them enough they could be 16. But to be safe you a regiserted babysittter then if anything happens they are qualiffied to deal with it.
Hi, well I dont know about the law but when mum ws working and I was at school (a while ago :-) ) I used to look after my brother and sister who were toldlers. around 13 -15 but it depends on if you know them and how mature they are... girls are better then boys for obvious reasons.
