Can anyone please give advice to up and coming property areas in the North, or ares that due to development etc. should be a good investment for the future. The nearer Manchester the better.

Hi, the Salford Quays area of Manchester is a hot-bed at the moment with loads of flats, appartments etc being built and with the BBC proposed move in the next 5 years or so, the prices are sure to shoot up !
