Is there a site where if you put your particulars and the % at that time in, your mortgage payments can be shown on a scale ?

Try www.bbc.co.uk and search for Mortgage Payment Calculator. They've got one there, it's fairly basic but it may help. Otherwise if you want to work out interest only payments just multiply the loan amount by the % then divide by 12. Therefore, 100,000 mortgage @ 5% would be 100,000 x 5% / 12 =.

Hope this helped a bit.
