Hello

I wonder if anyone out there can help with my query.

I had vouchers stored on a shop website but since the website was upgraded my vouchers have disappeared.

The company holding the account has denied any vouchers being in there.

The vouchers were for quite a large amount and I wondered if there was any law that meant the company should have a record of customers accounts and their balances etc.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

If you get no joy from the company you could contact their legal department and tell them you want to make a Subject Access Request. (This will cost about 10ish).

I am no expert on this so I would advise a bit of a google search on this.
