Has anyone any experience of land banking, is it a good investment thing or a scam?

In principle, it's a reasonable investment concept, but as marketed to individual investors in the UK it's a scam. Touch only with a sharp pointed bargepole.

I don't know your personal circumstances but if you'vre been targetted as a potential investor then 99.9% it's a scam - stay away!
