I went out for a meal last night for an aunty's birthday with about 30 others. When the bill arrived, the service charge was about �60. Someone mentioned that you dont have to pay it, but I like to when its deserved but last night it wasn't at all. They forgot one ladies meal but she finally got it after we had all finished,and they tried to overcharge us for more than we had drunk, as well as other things to long to mention. Do you have to pay the service charge, or is it a choice?
