Natwest Banking Transfers

I should have been paid last Friday. My company uses Natwest to process their bank transfers, and there was a problem with Natwest that resulted in them not being paid. They let us know about this and said that we should get the transfers today, but Natwest are still having problems apparently, so they still haven't gone through !

Is anybody else experiencing difficulties with NatWest ?
