On this Valentines day, I would ask that all you out there with partners/spouses give a little thought to those of us who are single today.
I have spent the day alone, watching tv all day while eating junk food and drinking lager.....

Been alone all day

My OH was working today. He came home, cracked open a beer and has been playing on his Kindle ever since....although he did play with the cat briefly :-)

We don't celebrate :-)

It's all gone wonky anyway - originally the Valentine was a secret, you weren't supposed to know who it was from. It's all gone far too commercial.

Nailit, I'm on my own today too, we don't do Valentines away but OH is working away. We don't even mention it in our house.

It IS visible, but only if you look hard... it gets lost in after leaving that huge gap.
