Many thanks for your help. I thought you could get a bank account wit a IVA but my BIL will not have it. He has one and is using his mothers bank account for his money in and out. And has started a Post Office one for her money.. We have told him he is wrong but he will not have it. As I keep saying if she should die tomorrow that money in her bank account would be frozen and classed as hers. Oh dear BIL is a nightmare.!
