Sunday. A very good evening with my friends. An excellent meal, some excellent cider and excellent company. can't beat it! :o}
The rest of the night, well; a lot of it, was spent observing the visiting wildlife in the garden. Well, a neighbours cat was wild by the time I'd frightened the crap out of it. It knows it's not welcome but thinks it can sneak in at night. Wrong!
I brought some boiled bacon scraps home for tiggy or foxy, whichever got to it first. Tiggy won that one just after I'd chased the cat out. I think he was hiding behind the shed until said moggie was out of the way, 'coz he walked between my legs to get to the scraps, cheeky little git! There was quite a pile and he scoffed the lot! It's a wonder he could still waddle. :o} About half an hour later foxy turned up, He noticed me and shot off behind the shed where tiggy has been, he must have seen I was putting some stuff out, because as soon as I shut the door he was back. He looked a little bit less tatty, so things must have improved for him a bit. I hope so. I'll probably see him tonight. :o}
seen a programme on ' Community' channel - yesterday morn about similar stuff-( townie fox night visits to a city garden) and as a bonus when the crew were packing up a badger appeared in the persons garden
if u have any luck - you will need to get them to allow for the flying over from the C of A for your personal producer - also a weeks all expenses in the TA
yup - I wud settle for that -
Cleaned out the shed which was messy and took a while ended up tossing stuff that was just too badly covered with paint then painted one side of fence which took even longer 6 feet high stretch of about 20 feet slotted..problem was its all planted so had to be careful...bit sore today !
