Apologies because I do keep moaning on about this but I am really unsure what to do
I have between £20 - £30K for a deposit and I wondered how much a bank or society would lend me for a buy to let investment property

It used to be a 20% deposit for a buy to let, but not sure if it's changed.

One can but make inquiries of the lenders. I've not looked into it but are they so keep on funding buy-to-let these days ?
