how much would i have to pay back weekly -my fault though -on £3000 ithought my annuity didnt have to be declared tia iam still on income support

you ring the number on your (DWP) overpayment letter and come to a realistic agreement.

unless you're being prosecuted for fraud?
looking at your previous questions, I assume you're no longer working? a £3k overpayment would suggest an overlap with your working period?

if you're receiving benefits you do have to declare all work, pensions, income etc. non-declaration is a criminal offence.
If the money can be clawd back from your existing income support (which it probably can) there is an upper limit on the amount they can take each week. I think it is around £10, but you need to get this confirmed by DWP.
