Is it worth transferring my private pension into my company pension scheme. I've had my private pension for about 15 years but my company pension scheme looks like a better return. I've been in company pension for 2 years

It may be a better option to go in the company's scheme but you would be better talking to a financial advisor as your personal pension when transferred will most probably have a Market Value Reduction on it and the transfer value will not necessarily be the Unit value.
May I suggest caution.  Are you certain that your company scheme is properly run and controlled.  Might it not be better to have two different pension providers in view of the all too frequent pension scheeme failures we read about?  Also are the returns you are comparing like for like. Be careful.
