hi all, bit of advice needed

on the 7/6/09 i was served a default notice on my credit card. my limit is only 200 but it had risen to 325
I was not working but now i am back in employment, i have paid 150 off today and the rest next week will they continue with the notice and will i still be able to use my card, whenb i have paid it all off next week?

It is with capitol one, the lady said i would have to wait 7 days before i can ring again, to find out if they are proceeding with action against me!

Thanks in advance
Matt
