me and my partner each filled one in. my partner has angina never goes to drs and not always takes medication hes 52 .i am suffering badly with rhuematoid
arthritis always take medication and constantly attending
hospital and drs appointments iam 49.he has now got areview in2011 i had to go for a medical and did not get asked any relevant questions.i think ihave failed .weres the justice.

i would guess that on the face of it as you have described it that your husband qualified because it could be dangerous to his health to work, whereas you could work (even if it was something different from what you are doing now) for example, i also have severe RA (and far too many appointments in my opinion!!) and couldnt carry on working as a nurse. in stead i got a desk job that i could do from a wheelchair.

From the incredibly limited info you have given, it seems this is what could have happened. IB does not reply on how often you see the docs nor how much medication you take, rather you ability to work
Are you guessing you have failed the medical or have you actually been told? If you have been told, how many points did you get?
Without more info from you, I can't offer advice.

no havent got results yet .just needed some opinions.

I think you're jumping the gun here.

Wait & see what happens. If you get a letter saying you don't have enough points for Incapacity Benefit then post a new question about it. Plenty of people on here can advise you on the appeals process.
