I've received 2 letters for a 15 debt that I am disputing and they've now added 30 legal expenses on.

Basically I signed up for a pay-per-view tv channel and it did not state anywhere that if I did not subscribe they would charge me a 15 admin fee, which defeats the purpose. Not until I gave my DD details over did it tell me. I immediately emailed the company concerned and told them I wasn't paying it and had cancelled the DD.

5 months later I get the letter from the above telling me I need to pay it. I rang them and they basically told me I was lying at it did state it in their t&c's - which it did not!

what I want to know is are they likely to take me to court for 15? I've told them I'm not paying it no matter what.

TIA!

Can we have a link to the pay per view site so the t&cs can be looked at?
