Choosing a New Bank?Solo And Visa Help?

Hi there,I am thinking about changing my bank.I have been with HSBC for around 8 years now and have had enough.The account i need is to do online shopping,wages being paid in ,Overdraft etc.Current Account i think they are,Does any body have good experiences with banks and what are the best ones.Also i want to know whats the differnnce between solo and visa,At the moment i have a solo card with HSBC.
