i have a �1800 default, a �439 default and a �550 default on my credit file, how can i get them removed? and how do i get my credit rating good again?

well, one way would be to pay them off. You can only get them removed off your credit file if they are wrong. With 3000 debt it might be an idea not to get any more credit
You can't get them removed. Even if you pay them off now, they will stay on your file for 6 years - you should have paid your debts in the first place.

You can't get your credit file good again until these defaults have gone - trust me, I know. I have had them myself in the past and they don't go away quickly!
last time I spoke to Experian once these defaults have been made good you can ask whoever it is you now no longer owe to confirm it to experian (for example) and they can them remove them from your file.
