I don't think a credit card company would take the risk.

If you have been declared bankrupt, I'm afraid it rather looks as if you sadly haven't learned from your past financial mistakes and are still trying to live above your income. The sad reality is that if you can't afford to fund your holiday you shouldn't be taking one which involves spending more money, and I doubt whether you can legally take on more credit under your bankruptcy terms.
I wouldn't even try. You are only go to repeat the same negative pattern you've already experienced. Living within your present income is the only way to avoid getting into further debt.
