I am now receiving mail and phone calls from Debt agencies and banks for a relative that has not lived at this address for at least 25 years. I have returned unopened letters 'not at this address', they still keep coming! I now have phone calls. This person was never the householder at this address and no loans were garanteed on this propety or by myself. This person has not given out this address or telephone number. Who does the DPA protect?
