What does the level OF mean when booking a cabin on this liner. And does this mean it is on the same level as the other facilities listed for this ship on deck F

The O means "outside. My daughter was a member of the Youth Crew on Ventura last year.
Ie, it's got windows.
don't seem to be any cabins on F deck, just restaurant/shops/theatre

they're all inside cabins on A and B decks. The rating probably has to do with cabin size (though these don't vary a lot until you get to suites) and height above sea level.
I agree jno. We cruised on Oriana in '98 and we had an OC stateroom which we shared with our daughter. She then went on to work on Orry and Ventura. Isn't life strange?
you should have taken her on a tour of a bank and maybe she'd have become a nice rich banker!
