If someone works 4 days per week, how many days holiday a year are they entitled to? (Holiday year is Jan to Dec)

Current minimum is 19.2 days (4 x 4.8), rising to 22.4 days (4 x 5.6) from April 2009...

These statutory entitlements may include Bank Holidays.

thanks for that kempie but can you explain the .2?
How do you calculate .2 of a day?
If you work an 8 hour day then 0.2 of a day = 0.2 x 8 = 1.6 hours (1 hour 36 minutes).

Are all school children entitled to the same holiday pay?
They work all year round.

They are not employed by anyone (unless employed by you!). So the question is not applicable.

Schoolchildren currently receive 70 days holiday per year (paid at their usual earnings rate of �0.00 ph).
