I would like to know if anyone knows of a calendar where I can book appointments , however I would like to be able to see on some sort of colour coded basis where the nearest existing appointments (post codes) are,in relation to each new entry . ie appts highlighted in red means the distance is less than 10 miles etc. ideally I would enter the new post code in a cell press enter and the software in the calendar would automatically update the colour codes on the existing booked appointments ie as I said before red for less than 10 miles blue for .....etc. This would allow me to make better use of my time ie matching the closest appts etc

I'm sure google calender, does all this. We have it at work and have set up colours for different staff, sick, holiday. i'm sure you can adapt it for your use somehow.
