Hi, Any ideas why my fabric softener wont drain away properly? I am cleaning the drawer frequently and trying to clean inside the drawer space which is extremely difficult, but still I am left with softener in the compartment after the washing has finished. Sometimes it looks as though it is watered down but other times it looks just the same as when I poured it in.
I use the cap to pour it in the drawer so I dont think I am using too much.
Any thoughts please?

Honestly, my answer is because Beko is quite possibly the worst make out there and this seems to happen to all their washing machines. I've experienced two of their washing machines and this same thing happened to both of them. Sorry I can't help why but just know it's not just yours!
You could try running the hottest wash programme, with an empty drum and no powder or conditioner or anything. It sometimes cleans the pipes. I don't know about Beko but it worked on a couple of Hotpoints and a Hoover. Apparently the fact that we wash at lower temperatures these days means our machines clog up with all sorts. Why they don't make machines so that they won't clog up with all sorts on a lower temperature, I don't know. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses. I didnt realise it was a common problem. I have tried putting it on a boil wash with no clothes in the machine but it doesnt seem to help.
Annoying eh!
