PS also you can not really see. It has a garlic sauce all over it. Sauce blanche is what they call it over here

HArd to get a picture of size too. It is pretty big about the size of a fore arm without the hand
So it is a 12" sub with chips, bacon? and garlic sauce all over it. Does the bread have butter on also?
If you're on a diet, far too many I'd say.
Question Author
No it doesnt. Its not really a sub as the bread is crispy french bread.
Question Author
oh and its not bacon its kebab meat
Question Author
I am on a diet yes.
Doner?
If you're trying to lose weight, too many. You were vegetarian the other day. What happened to that?
Question Author
The kebab meat is far superior to the rubbish you get in the uk.
How's being a veggie going? :P
Is that for you honeydip, I thought you were a vegetarian?
I still wouldn't eat it.

I am mostly vegetarian. I am a flexitarian really. This is my 3rd sandwhich this year. I feel guilty though.
I just worked it out to around 1000 calories.
A flexitarian? That's a new one on me.
I wouldn't eat it either honeydip. It looks loaded with calories. An example that might help A BigMac = 490 cals. regular fries (McDonalds) = 330
Question Author
That is a lot. I am planing on having plain brocolli soup when I get home anyway which will be around 350 calories. If thats all I have will I still lose weight?
Depends. What did you have yesterday, and the day before, and the day before?
What are you drinking with this?

Looks utterly disgusting by the way.
If you are eating a kebab and chip sandwich slathered in butter and a garlic sauce, then the number of calories it contains cannot be of that much interest to you.

I reckon a large donor alone would be knocking on the door of 2000KCal, without the chips - the chips would be adding perhaps as many as 1000KCal more.

The average maintenance calorie level for your average adult bloke - this would be just to keep the weight as it is, is around 2000 KCal a day. So that one meal rips the calorie guide down of the wall and then stamps all over it with hobnail boots....
