2nd date staying over

I went on a date with this guy for the first time laste week, tomorrow after going to see his friends he is coming over to watch a DVD. We have established that he is bringing his toothbrush but I don't know what I should do about sleeping arrangements.

Speaking to some of the ladies at work they said share my bed (just to sleep of course) but I am not so sure. I can't quite grasp hold of what he would like.

In a email I said "I don't mind what time you come over, I am easy", jokingly in response he said "I hope not I like a challenge", to which I said "I am defo not easy I am a bit old fashioned". His was response was "good I too am quite old fashioned."

I don't want to propose sleeping in my room if it's toally not on his cards and he is really old fashioned but I don't want to show him to the spare room and give the impression I am not interested. What do I do?

As previosly mentioned I defintely will not be "sleeping" with him.

Jimmy.....I agree with what you say.

But.....people like me do not feel comfortable on the first date etc. If someone does I wouldn't judge them. It's an each to their situation.

I just think sometimes people wont do it (even though they want to) because they have this Victorian idea in their head tha one must not sleep with a man on first date because it is wrong.

But dulcie12 has already decided that she does not wish to sleep with him and that is totally her to deceision to make and if its the right thing for her then thats great.

He may want more but if she makes it clear to him then it's down to him what to do. If he's a genuine guy and he likes her then he will wait but if not then he's not worth it. She deserves better.

i'm not saying that him wanting sex that early on is wrong, just that he should find someone else hwo also wants sex.

I don't have a moral standing on it really but I do know of a lot of girls that give out on the first night and they never hear from them again.

Personally I couldn't bare to take my clothes off in front of someone I wasn't sure about. I find nakedness makes me feel quite vulnerable so I have to have a level of trust to get there.

I don't have body issues either.

I understand where you are coming from. I first slept with my b-friend pretty much in the dark. lol

Some might say thats a cop out but for me it would be weird to sleep with them for the first time with the lights on.

It's not as if I asked him to turn the lights off it just kinda happened that way to be honest but that was better for me.

I hate my body naked. Much prefer it with underwear on.

I used to wear expensive undies, trouble is I`d pay �30 for a pair of knickers and �28 of them would disappear up my arse
