Party - want a guy's opinion!

Say the girl you have secretly liked for a while has got completely drunk at a party. Do you lose respect for her, or are you grateful for the opportunity to look after her all night?

It's something you will probably laugh about in the future. Everyone makes a mess of themselves at some point! My wee brother who's 22 next month was a total nick the other night and spewed in the door way of the tent I'd borrowed, fortunately I'd fallen asleep in a nice comfy bothy and didn't even know he'd got there until I woke up the next day! I wouldn't worry about it!

I had been with my other half for about 3 months and we went out for my birthday. Went to a Thai restaurant where I stuffed my face and downed heaps of red wine. He had to hold my hair back most of night whilst i was sick, he even fetched a basin and cleaned it out for me once we went to bed. Still here 7 years later, although he loves to mention it from time to time!! That was the first night he slept over too! Needless to say nothing happened lol!

I got hammered one new year's eve on tequila. My friend looked after me when I started getting the shakes, put his fleece over me, and then I threw up all over it. He continued to look after me and unfortunately he couldn't take me home as his girlfriend at the time was there. Another friend took me home and I washed the fleece and the t-shirt I'd borrowed. Still friends with all those people!

About 3 years later we got together and are still together after 6 years. He's nursed me through many more hangovers since!

However, even though i'm a girl i could make an educated guess that if a girl gets drunk every time at a party, then I'm sure the appeal would wear off.

I got really bad a couple of years ago and was sick all night. Boyfriend held my hair for me (yuk!!). Next day, we bought my engagement ring and now he is Mr Sally!!

Hmmm, i wouldnt read too much into it. I think everyone will get completely drunk at some time in their life.
You should only lose repect for her if she does it regularly and flaunts herself to any guy...
