Hi. First of all please be patience because of my english.
2 months ago we went to party. After few hours I felt really sleepy so went to lying down on the sofa opposite to the back door. Everyone was siting in the garden. My partner was watching me while I was slipping and door was open all the time. Brother of our friend went take the shower ( during the party) and straight away after that went close the door. My partner realise that door are closed so came and he was touching me. I was crying already because I woke up when I felt pain on my legs. I was shocked! My partner pushed him and we went out. Now after 2 months he had call from police and he has to go for interview. I didn't report it because first is not my country, my english is not well, second who belive me? We came to uk 5 years ago, we are working, we have 3 years old son and we getting married 1.10.2011 and we really do looking for problems. That man came for holiday and now probably looking for easy money and he wants to clear up his name. I don't know what's happen now. Please tell me what should we do? Thank you.

he needs to speak with a solicitor, and attend the interview with legal representation.

If any other person saw what went on at the party you must get them to write it down on paper and sign it with their name, this then should be given to your partner to give to his solicitor.

Thanks for answers. Yes there were others people. Even one girl said that he was trying to touch her while she was upstairs to put her baby sleep. She said this when they ( familily and friends of him) was starting to blame me that's my foult! I was sleeping there more than hour and I'm really not interested with other man.
