Another sunny day here in the Eastern Shires, and another busy day, jet washed the patio and swept the chimney, almost a kilogram of soot and clinker!

OMG don't tell me it's time to start spring cleaning. As far as I am concerned you can forget it.
jd, you have a coal fire? I well remember clinkers and soot. Very good for the garden but must be left for a while to weather or it will burn the plants.
