Does anyone volunteer, or know of anyone who does, for the CAB. Is it interesting/ rewarding?

yes  I spent a couple of years volunteering at  CAB .  They offer fantastic basic and specialised training and it is both interesting, rewarding and gives you confidence, knowledge and experience, go for it and best of luck!
