Medical friends have been complaining about the effects of having to wash or use alcohol sanitizers on their hands so much that it is wrecking them. Anyone else bothered by this?

I have it on good authority that this is indeed the case ...
No, I`m not bothered. If I worked in a hospital I would want to cleanse my hands with an alcohol santiiser but it is no substitute for proper hand washing with soap and water. Alcohol dries the skin so it will wreck the hands. You have to use a hand cream to counteract the effects.
Apparently, <quote> it goes deeper than hand-cream can solve, if you get my meaning </quote>
No.
Que? I don`t quite get the meaning.
I think it dries out and cracks your hands to such an extent that hand-cream doesn't really help much, lol
