Same virus returned or new invader

I am getting so fed up - had chest infection (3 and half weeks) and have been on penicillin and then clarythromycin. Much improved tho still cough
(mainly nights) and slight wheeze but chest "feels" clearer. Then last night fever came up again( no high temp today) this AM have throat that feel like sandpaper!
And runny nose ! Is this same bug do you think or am I unlucky enough to get a new one? I am soooooo tired of feeling runndown!

You need to see your GP.-He will probably arrange a chest X-Ray.

thanks squad - i was kinda hoping you'd be on AB to answer my Q. I have made an appt with GP - for NEXT Friday!!!! (I guess with bank hols and flu season they are busy) I guess I just don't know what to expect with getting a "bug" as I am so seldom sick - other than a head cold once or twice a year I am so healthy normally.

Ok so today (bout 6 weeks after bug began) I went back to gp. She says my chest stlill has wheeze (after 2 diff antibiotics!!!!) but that my symptoms seems to be similar to asthma. I've had ventolin inhaler for about a month but today she prescribed qvar (steroid) inhaler too. Basic MSG to all in AB land : this virus is nasty !
